Baktybek Sultanaliev elected Chairman of the Board of the AgroLead Public Association

The Public Association “AgroLead” announces the appointment of Baktybek Kazibekovich Sultanaliev as the new Chairman of the Board. He will lead the team of agricultural consultants, continuing to provide high-quality consulting services and strengthening the organization’s position in the market.

Baktybek Sultanaliev began his career at the Public Association “AgroLead” in 2012 as an Assistant to the Marketing Director. Since 2014, he has worked in the Project Implementation Department, holding positions as a Project Specialist and Project Coordinator. In 2023, he was appointed Executive Director of the organization.

Baktybek graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with a degree in Organizational Management. In 2024, he completed his master’s program at IUK with a focus on Nonprofit Management.

Having risen from specialist to manager, Sultanaliev has made a significant contribution to the development of projects and initiatives aimed at supporting the country’s agricultural sector.
