Within the framework of the program the sowing of spring barley is now underway. To date, 6 hectares of rainfed land have been sown; due to weather conditions, sowing work is proceeding slowly. Sowing is planned for 100 hectares. Also, our employees train farmers on the use of chemicals against weeds and monitor fields according to the state of winter wheat crops.

These activities are implemented by the Public Organization Agrolead within the framework of the project «Improving the productivity of rainfed lands in the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region», as part of the Integrated Rural Development Programme IRDP co-financed by the European Union (EU) and and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
