A working group of 6 experts is working to develop a National Action Plan for Rust Management and Control. Meetings and discussions with relevant experts were held to determine the members of the group. As a result of the meetings, it was decided to include the following experts in the working group: representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, Kyrgyz Agricultural Research Institute, experts in the field of plant protection, etc.
To date, a desk study of the wheat rust situation in the country has been carried out.
