UN WFP project on livestock risk insurance in the Naryn region. In November 2023, the AgroLead Public Association team conducted 26 training sessions on the economics of breeding in the settlements of the Ak-Talinsky district.
The training included:
- Theoretical explanation of the material using a presentation;
- A visit to a local farm with trained animals and a discussion of the practical implementation of three aspects of animal husbandry.
At the end of the seminar, significant changes were noted in the farmers’ views on breeding cattle and an interest in new feeding technologies during the transition period.
