At this stage, the mobilization of farmers for spring sowing is being completed. It is planned to plant spring barley on 100 hectares. In order to attract active farmers, meetings were held with akims of Bazar-Korgon and Nooken districts, with heads of aiyl councils, with farmers. The meetings were fruitful, and representatives of government agencies and local self-government bodies expressed their readiness to implement the project’s activities.
These activities are implemented by the PA «AgroLead» within the framework of the project «Increasing the productivity of rainfed lands in the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region», within the framework of the «Integrated development of regions» IRDP program co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany ( BMZ).
